Concrete is a very porous substance. Urine can penetrate deep into concrete in very little time. Urine will be forced deeper into the concrete with each subsequent urination in the same area. We have seen urine travel up to 12 inches deep in a concrete slab. In order to completely remove the source of the urine you need to get Anti-Icky-Poo to penetrate to the deepest contamination.
What we recommend is first cleaning the surface area with a mild dish soap to help get rid of any harmful chemicals you might have used previously. Puddle a good amount of Anti-Icky-Poo on the area. Then take regular bath towels and saturate them with water so that they're dripping wet. Bunch the towels up into a ball and pack them over the area real good. What this will do is create a moisture barrier so that the Anti-Icky-Poo will not evaporate. Also, as the concentrated moisture soaks into the concrete it will give Anti-Icky-Poo a medium to penetrate deep into the foundation.
